Mentorship Support Program

Our mentorship program emphasizes the importance of knowledge exchange and collaborative learning. Mentors will share their expertise, insights, and experiences with mentees, while mentees bring fresh perspectives, questions, and ideas to the table.
This reciprocal exchange fosters a dynamic learning environment where both parties benefit from each other’s contributions. Group meetings occur monthly and consist of a content presentation, chart share, and Q&A. One-on-one mentorship meetings are scheduled as requested.
