Room Reservations for IPTC 2007

November 1-3, 2007

Intercontinental Hotel at the Plaza, Kansas City, MO.
IPTC Conference attendees can call our reservation contact directly at the Intercontinental Hotel to make a reservation. Her name is Pam Henuber. She is reached at 816-303-2934. Going through the central reservations doesn't allow for flexibility.

The hotel also will allow the conference rate 3 days before the conference and 3 days after the conference DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY of rooms. This is a popular hotel which is over half filled for our time frame already, so people should hop on getting their reservations.

If we run out of rooms in our block (meaning the reserved rooms for which SCS will have to pay if we don't use them all) then Pam will book them at the conference rate again DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY of rooms in the hotel.
